How To Enter
It is easy to enter the awards.
- Choose which categories you wish to enter.
- Download the entry form(s) from this site and save it/them on to your computer using a file name incorporating your business name.
- Read the Hints and Tips page and then complete and save the form(s). No handwritten forms are accepted.
- If you would like more advice and information about the awards and whether you are eligible please email Nell Barrington awards@beautifulsouthawards.co.uk or call 07968 807022.
- When you have completed the form save it on to your computer and email it as an attachment to awards@beautifulsouthawards.co.uk, along with a scan of your assessment if you are an accommodation business. If you wish to submit supporting evidence you may email ONE electronic document (no larger than 5 MB and with your business name in the title) to the email address above. No hard copy evidence should be sent.
- If you are not a member of Tourism South East you will be invoiced for £50 plus VAT for temporary membership. Temporary membership will include the following benefits: entry to the awards programme, including all communications and PR, invitation to members conference and AGM and corporate communications, including e-newsletters. These benefits will be available under a temporary membership agreement until 31st March 2012. Payment must be made before 28 August, otherwise your awards entry can not be submitted for judging.
The closing date for entries has now been extended from Midnight on Sunday 21 August to Midnight on Sunday 4 September.

4 September - closing date for receipt of entries
September/October - shortlisted businesses will be notified
1 December - Beautiful South Awards ceremony
May 22 2012 - Enjoy England Awards ceremony
