Go To Places was born over 20 years ago, making us forerunners in the field of place management. Since 2002, our team has provided award-winning, cost-effective services to tourism businesses, destination management organisations and local authorities that help local visitor economies grow. We’re the only organisation in the UK to be delivering two UK LVEP destinations. This means that we’re at the proverbial coal face, so we can see what works (and what doesn’t).
Because of this, we’re able to share our expertise with other destinations both in the UK, and further afield. We provide services in data and analytics, training and facilitation, deliver products such as ‘The Big Weekend’ to re-engage communities with their places, and consultancy in areas such as DMP development, sustainability and destination marketing.
